About Amanda

Your needs and desires are my top priority. Buying and selling a home or business can be a stressful process whether it is your first time or too many to count. I have over 23 years of experience working in real estate. My experience includes lending, title, sales, leasing, property management and investments. This diverse experience has allowed me to be crossed trained in different important aspects of the real estate process. Having that firsthand experience allows me to well represent my clients by always planning for the possibilities, staying on top of the process, and knowledgably communicating each step of the way.

Important aspects of selling a home include accurate pricing using market data, staging your home for buyer appeal, professional photos for various marketing tools, strong marketing and negotiation skills, knowledge and communication to follow the process and oversee accuracy to your goals. Having a resilient Realtor with a positive attitude is also a huge plus! In addition to buying and selling knowledge, I also have developed tools and procedures in real estate long term and hold investment properties. I personally own and manage over $1,000,000 in real estate.  Becoming a real estate investor is both exciting and scary at times. Having well established procedures and knowledge helps the pave the way to passive income.

My services do not end at the closing table. I will remain your real estate resource for a lifetime. Through social media and personal contacts, I will keep you informed on the market, important things to know, and remain ready to also help your family and friends. I work mostly from referrals and appreciate you trusting me with others you would like to see achieve their real estate goals.

My collegiate experience includes a B.S. in Psychology from UHD and a M.Ed. in Counseling/LPC from UST. The skills I've learned studying human behavior and the human brain are great assets to pair with my real estate knowledge. While I cannot provide mental health counseling to my real estate clients, I have been told that my skills and ability to build rapport provide a comforting affect on those I work with.

Furthermore, I am a humanitarian that loves helping others. Mother to the sweetest and wittiest 20 year old and the most expressive and charming two year old. Wife to the love of my life. I have one fur baby, a little yorkie who joined our family 9 years ago. I love what I do and do what I love! I'd be honored and happy to guide you through this exciting adventure of homeownership!
