I proudly serve buyers and sellers throughout Corpus Christi and the Coastal Bend, with a special focus on first-time home buyers, military families relocating through PCS moves, renters ready to become homeowners, and sellers who want a customized marketing plan designed to maximize their home's value. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I built my career in office management, bookkeeping, customer relations, investor relations, and event planning, including many years supporting the oil and gas industry. Those experiences taught me the value of organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and exceptional communication—skills that are invaluable when navigating today's real estate market.

To better serve my clients, I've earned several advanced professional designations, including Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). These specialized certifications allow me to provide knowledgeable guidance in pricing, negotiations, buyer representation, and military relocation.

As a life-long Corpus Christi resident, I enjoy helping clients discover not just the right home, but the right community. Whether you're moving across town or across the country, I love sharing local knowledge about neighborhoods, schools, parks, and everything that makes the Coastal Bend such a wonderful place to call home.

When I'm not helping clients, I could be birdwatching, creating stained glass and watercolor art, working and landscaping in my garden, or tackling a DIY home-improvement project. I also enjoy spending time with my two Shetland Sheepdogs and my senior rescue cat. My appreciation for homes extends beyond real estate—I believe a home should be a place where memories are made, families grow, and life unfolds.
