About Kelli
Hi, I am Kelli Semar. I look forward to meeting you. I was born and raised in Cleveland, TX, and know the area and the people well. For many years, before my real estate career, I competed in rodeo and my primary job was training kids and horses. Cleveland isn't just a place to live, it is home to me and my family. I am always excited to show a new client around. My husband Danial and I are faith and family-centered and we keep those values as we work with our clients and our team of agents. I always say "I want to take the best care of my clients because Cleveland is a small town and I want to keep a positive relationship with everyone I come in contact with from day to day." Relationship and word of mouth are the bulk of the clients that I work with. Dan and I are the managers of the Cleveland JLA Realty office and have an awesome team of lenders, title companies, inspectors and fellow agents that keep the needs of the client in mind. It is super important to pick an agent that has the experience to handle anything that might come up in a transaction. I focus on customer service and strategic negotiating. Over the years I have handled many types of transactions, my favorite love is rural and ranch properties. I also enjoy teaching and helping first home buyers, take that first step into home ownership.
